CAUTION: Weld-on steel brackets must be powder coated or painted.  Protect threads and moving parts when applying finish.  SM + SM kits replace standard ball bearing hinges intended for NON Self Closing gates, ideal for heavy or access control gates.  Kits require a latch/lock for a gate that is positioned either center to the line of the fence OR a gate that is flush mounted with the face of the fence post.
